I do wish it wouldn’t stop playing if we go into another app but it’s amazing for the price. You get what you pay for 🤪 I’m just happy I can check on my daughter I hate leaving her 🐩

Love having this app to watch my fur babies when I’m at work or away!

I commute to work once a week. This app allows me to check in on my 3 dogs.

This app made it so I didn’t have to buy a dog camera and I could use devices I already have to keep an eye on my pup. Worked perfectly!

Love the simplicity of it for us to keep an eye on our pups when we aren’t home. Thank you!!

This gives us a sense of security because we can see our pet while away from home.

I wish every app worked this well! I paired it with my iPad and it works flawlessly. Absolutely love it.

My dog is 11 then when he was about eight or so we finally found this app. Before this app existed I couldn't leave him alone in a new place for about a year despite trying my best with training, And using every recommended practice possible. With this app I've been able to travel with my dog and it has made moves possible as well. It has literally changed my life, 57 thumbs up. My dog is so comforted when I’m able to talk to him if he is freaking out, and this app makes it possible and doesn’t charge 200 bucks for it.

Amazing!! We recently got a little little puppy and was so worried about leaving him at home for the first time while we are at work we even debated buying a baby camera to be able to watch him, I randomly had the thought of maybe seeing if there was something out there I could use and came across this app, I bought the app on my phone and on our iPad ( I only bought it twice because I have different accounts set up on each device, if you have the same account in each device you can download it for free of course.) and honestly I have no care in the world that I bought this app twice I absolutely love it so much, it’s so simple. I plugged in my iPad and set it up towards the puppy, connect my phone and went to work. I consistently checking on my pup as much as I want! It puts my mind at ease lol! Love it sm and worth the money rather than spending 50-60$ for right now it’s working and I’m loving it!

Dog Monitor is such a vital app. I’ve used it to monitor pets and grandchildren. It makes such a difference in my life by alleviating worry.

Rare this day and age that you just buy an app and it works. No extra bells and whistles, no ads, just lets me connect two devices and watch my dog. There is a cost of $5 for EACH device when using this. So at minimum that’s $10 for the two connected devices. But it’s worth it. I paid for the app originally 4+ years ago and there have been no additional costs or issues with it since. Also works cross platform! iPhone, iPad, and Android can all work with each other with almost zero setup.

Best app ever! Have used it for several puppies. It’s so great as they get used to the crate.

Now I can watch my little puppy without anxiety that he is tearing up something.

This app has worked great!

i use it all the time when we go on vacation and have to leave our dog somewhere. i just leave my ipad charging and set up so i can see her as a camera and i use my phone to view from wherever. if theres bad signal, it lets me take a pic rather than video so i can still see if shes ok. maybe this could work as a baby monitor too cause you get notifications of sounds.

Easy to use; great price

You can’t run anything else with sound while this app is running or everything sounds distorted. You can’t get movement notifications and you can’t hear the video on the main screen. Only if you go click on the hear every noise. The resting notifications are excessive as well. Not worth the money!

It does a great job helping me keep an eye on my dog throughout the workday

I love this app I was trying so hard to find something I could monitor my cats on, I tried zoom first because I have an iPad I could use for the second hand device- but zoom only does 1 hr meetings w/out subscription. this is a one time payment and you can watch your pets live with a good connection, you can talk to your pets and comfort them which was really nice for me because two of my cats are very anxious and will wait at the door for me while I’m at work. It makes me so upset knowing they miss me and I’m so happy because I just tried saying” I’ll be right back” this morning and they were fine for hours , like they thought I was still in the home somewhere. love this app thank you !

I love this app! I can look in on my doggies when I go out, and make sure they’re OK. It’s great to have this app. It helps relieve worries when I can’t be there! I can even hear them and talk to them!

I figured I’d try out this app to see if it would be worth the investment of buying an actual dog monitoring camera. I figured since I already had my iPad at home while I went to work, I could try that out first. Turns out, I don’t even need the fancy, expensive dog camera. This app is awesome and exactly what I needed!! I can monitor my dog while at work and even give her some commands, if needed. Mostly I just use it to pop in on her randomly throughout the day and watch her sleep for a few seconds. Highly recommend this app! No issues or bugs.. works incredibly for price point!!

The app is no frills, does exactly as it says, with no hiccups or issues. It’s given me great peace of mind when leaving my pup at home.

This app works perfectly for keeping an eye on my barking dogs! They have separation anxiety and it helps me monitor their progress.

I work full time and my puppy has to stay in a crate for a few hours every morning. This app gives me peace of mind and allows me to check in on her. I can talk to her when she is crying and she settles down right away. I also love the flashlight feature in case it’s cloudy one day and it’s super dark in the room. Definitely worth $5!

Would be a great app if it didn’t stop monitoring every time I use it. The app then tells me the only way to restart is from the camera device. That defeats the purpose completely because if I was home to restart from the camera device, it wouldn’t need to be in use. Since I would, you know, be able to watch with my own eyes. Worst $6.99 I’ve spent. -10000000000/10

Works well on wifi and great for being free

I never write reviews for apps but I wanted to for this one because it really gives me a peace of mind when I'm at work. And it's only $5 which makes it extremely budget friendly and worthwhile. Thanks!

Now I can leave and see what is happening w extra phone docked at house while away. We have it taped on a tall lamp looking at kitty condo. So even though away she wont feel totally alone. Dog is at boarding but thought she would be calmer at house w someone checking in a few days. Our signal is not greatest at house so it took a bit f fidgeting w location to get best signal for on demand live feed. It will go into photo mode if signal is low. Best to set up Before vaca so you can test and get settings right. Don't forget to plug in phone when you leave.

You can even use it to monitor your baby in the nursery🥰

I love that i can talk to my pet. I never worry anymore because i can see them when I’m at work or out of town.

Great app. Would not leave our dogs without it.

We almost always bring our dog when we travel and have used this app for years for easy monitoring when we need to leave the dog in the room to go somewhere that dogs are not allowed. It has saved us from receiving any calls or complaints that we left a noisy dog in a hotel room. The dog appreciates hearing our voices and seeing our faces when we check in.

I tried connecting to the monitor app while at work and it does not connect to video. I am on wifi at work and my iPad has wifi at home. Do not bother wasting your money.

Better than Zoom, where the meeting ends after 40 min. Wish there was a capability to talk to the dog through the mic. Also wish there was a way to check in/out out of the app and still see the Noise History. When I keep it running in the background, it drains my phone battery and headphones.

The app never lasts over 4 hours on the dog's end. Then you can not see the dog any more. Sometimes the app dies in less an hour. I usually open it in the morning and it never works till the afternoon. Horrible.

For the most part, this app provides exactly what I need. I use it to monitor my dog, who has separation anxiety. The one issue I have is that when I mute the sound, I’d like to be able to listen to sound from other apps. For example, when I’m at the gym and can’t come home anyway, I’d like to listen to music but maintain the log of noises from my dog. When I mute the dog monitor app and try to play music, it comes through garbled. An alternative would be able to have two streams of audio simultaneously, but I don’t know if iOS supports that. Update — thanks for the developer response. I’ll just add in case it is useful to anyone who happens to have an Apple Watch, I figured that I can use my Apple Watch for music streaming while dog monitor is on my phone.
